Then went to the army to serve for his country. Later went to college at LCC in Longview Washington. He loved football (Seattle Seahawks). He was always helping everyone out, giving anyone in need a place to go. He was a people person always making a friend. He was survived by two daughters Lacey Lucas of Abilene tx and Amber Lucas of Tye tx, a son in law Terry Howell of Abilene tx and a son Kyle Lucas. He had six grandchildren Krista Lucas from Abilene tx and Macie McCollum, Zane, Jacob, Kade, and Brooklyn Clay great grandchildren Angel and Aaliyah Quinones and Jackson McCollum. He had many nieces and nephews all from Oregon and lots of friends. He was preceded by Brian Lucas born August 17, 1977 - Died September 6, 2008 and Brianna Lucas born March 13, 1997 - Died November 14, 2018 and his loyal fur baby Abby. Services will be Tuesday the 18th at 2pm at Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Abilene Tx
