Daughter of Antonio and Cecilei (Drachsler) Garber.
Family moved to Germany; received her education there
Immigrated to the United States, 1957; received her citizenship.
Moved to Kearney in 1971; was employed at Baldwin Manufacturing, Bethphage Mission in Axtell; worked for more than 25 years at West Co.; retired in 1995.
Survivors include her sons, Edward of Kearney and Karl Garber of Ingolstadt, Germany; daughter, Marliessa Jones of Walker, Mo.; two brothers in Germany; four sisters in Germany; 12 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; surviving grandchildren include Jeromy Wayne Corder of Kearney.
Was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Middleswart on Jan. 3, 1982; one brother; and one sister.
